We encourage parents to watch. We love it when you get involved, and so do the kids. Even better, join an adult class. If you want a little time to yourself, drop them off, grab a coffee, and come back to a huge smile.
Yes. Martial arts here is an individual practice done in a group. Students improve focus, self-control, discipline, and social skills, and they mostly think they are just having fun.
Not at all. Martial arts is a good sport for kids who are not clicking with the others. It is individual work inside a group. Everyone improves coordination, balance, focus, and discipline, and they make friends doing it.
